What is a good and easy way to wake up?
i'm at work and would rather go to sleep. i need a way to wake up besides caffeine. coffee works for a certain time but then wears off which i'm sure is common. i know its not good for me either. does anyone got any ideas?

Set your alarm clock earlier than usual....make it a daily timing so your body will get used to being awake early.
