Question:

I to get muscle definition?

I've been working out for a 9 months now and I have gained some muscle. I still want to gain more strength. I have notice that i have no definition in my muscles. I want to be cut and toned. I get the idea that I need to lose some weight for the muscles to show. I am a 28 year old female, 5'9" @ 162 lbs.
What is the best way for me to lose the fat without losing any muscle? Can I still continue to gain strength? Any diet tips?
And...a side tip. I can do 3 pullups now (struggling) would it be easier if I weighted a few less LBS?

Answers:

Less weight more repetitions is the ticket for more definition.
Add some cardio.

you can also increase the amount of lean protein you are consuming.
