Healthy meal ideas.?!


Question: Healthy meal ideas!.!?
I was wondering if anyone could give me some healthy meal ideas!. I'm trying to find small portioned healthy meals from breakfast, lunch and dinner!. I really want to start eating better and it gets hard because I never know what to cook!. I usually just make chicken salads or something like that!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Breakfast: egg whites with veggies scrambled nto it (like peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomato etc) and some low-fat canadian bacon scrambled with whole wheat toast!.
Cereals like: Fiber One, Kashi GoLean, Total, All Bran paired with fresh fruit
Lite Yogurt with raw nuts on the side or some dry cereal (listed above)

Lunch/Dinner: Turkey Burgers, chicken salad wraps, homemade broth-based soups, steamed veggies, bakes or boiled red potato (with salsa and garlic salt),
Baked tostito scoops with black beans, salsa etc and bake them in the oven for mini nachos!.

Mainly stay away from fried foods, foods that come from a box (hamburger helper, pasta etc), or a can!

for breakfast
try a yogurt
of a bagel
breakfasts give you the boost of energy for the day
if you eat a breakfast you wont be as hungry for the rest of the day
because after you sleep
you haven't eaten for hours
but it takes time for your stomach to know it's hungry
if you eat breakfast you'll get the energy you'll need for the rest of the day

then lunch, stick with the sandwich
it'll give you proteins (meet or penut butter)
and the carbs and stuff

and for dinner
try to stay away from fried stuff
a baked potato is good because it's filled with energy
but it's in a controlled portion

salads wont help
because you'll most likely get hungry since it digests fast
