I Am Quiet Small Just Over 5 ft
But I Have Fat Legs And A Fat Stomach And Would Really Like To Get Rid Of It !!
I Want Something Long Term Too
I Eat Really Health Already :D

But I Just Need Ideads To Loose It As Its Depresing Me :( xxxxx

Try to excersise in the morning at least 5 days a week, then for 3, excersise at night as well!. Dont drink tea or soda!. Stick to milk and water for a bit!. Substitute foods ex!. When your craving a cookie, think of something that would be a healthier less fatening snack like a celery stick, or a small salad with light dressing!. Try to replace your diet with more veggies!. Less everything else!. More excersise + Less calories = weight loss
It isnt hard to lose weight, the only hard part is staying MOTIVATED! Trust me- I know- So far this year Ive lost 40 lbs (from pregnancy) got 25 more to go!
