What is the best way to recondition my body?

I used to be in decent shape but now my sedentary job is taking it's toll. What is the best way to recondition my body so it can get used to working out again? Keep in mind that I do not have a lot of free time. thanks.

It sounds like the best way to recondition your body is to first start with your mind. Your "sedentary job" and "I don't have a lot of free time" have to go first. You want to know how to get BACK into the gym right? Meaning you have been there before. You can do it again just try something different. Don't blame your job, Try yoga! Don't have time? Make time! Release stress through the meditation of yoga and the stretching will help to increase circulation to the brain and muscles making them more elastic and toned. Doing this a few days a week will reap great rewards and it takes no time at all once you get into it. Or not. Just remember, whatever you do stay positive! That is going to be the ultimate motivator to get you used to working out again.
