Question: How To Lose 30 Pounds By Homecoming!? !?
i'm about 145 pounds!. i'd like to get down to about 115 by homecoming, so i can get a dress to show off the new me!.

i'm thinking about going on south beach, because other people in my family say it works really well, but i need some recipes!! my mom hates to have to make a totally separate meal for me, so she said if i go on a diet, i have to cook for myself!. and i'm fine with that, but i need some recipes!.

as for exercise, i know you should do cardio and weight training!. and my dad just spent a ton of money on an elliptical, treadmill!. stair climber thing, bike, and a bowflex!. we also have normal hand weights (3lbs and i like 6 lbs)!. but i dont know where to start!!! what machines should i use!? and for how long!?

i'd also like to tone up my butt/thighs/abs!. what are some good exercises for that!?

oh, and are there any workouts that will specifically target areas that homecoming/prom dresses show off!?
