What are good exercises to lift my butt and flatten my tummy like beyonce?

i want beyonces body! what can i do 2 build that body! what should i eat?

lay flat on your back with your arms at your sides and lift your legs together a few inches for about ten seconds. do this 2-3 times a day.

i have been doin this exercise for a couple weeks and have seen great results.
