Well I have gained a lot of weight in the past 3 years... mostly because of my birth control pills.. well of course I over ate... anyways I'm 4'11 and weigh 169 pounds.. yes 169... I feel so ashamed of myself. Well I want to lose weight and this is what i'm doing... please tell me how much weight you think i'll lose in a 3 months. I eat fruit for breakfast and drink water. I consume about 112 ounces of water everyday. For lunch I'll have a grilled chicken salad and drink water. For dinner I'll substitute the grilled chicken with two boiled eggs. I workout for about an hour a day. If I feel like i need to snack on something; i'll eat some fruit. I do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of belly dancing. I have eliminated soft drinks completely ; I drink water only.

I think with this diet plan you will lose weight but I dont believe you will increase metabolism, and you will still feel very hungry. In the morning, instead of fruit and water, eat some low fat cereal. special K with strawberrys and fat free milk is a very healthy meal. Believe me. I gained alot of weight over a year and since march ive been dieting and working out. ive lost about 20 pounds but i feel alot healthier. you will lose alot of weight and ull gain alot of muscle. you have to be very patient. in a year you should lose up to 40 pounds. And in a couple of months if youve lose only a few pounds, it doesnt mean ur not blasting the fat. your gaining alot of muscle with this diet and working out.
