A question about height/growth?! Help pleasee?!

Question: A question about height/growth!?! Help pleasee!?
Hey, in about 2 years time, i'm starting basic army training at Bassington!.

I have always had an issue with my height- I'm 16 years old, 5 ft 3, 7 st 5 lbs!.
I've started a fitness programme and weightlifting, so for the next 2 years i'll have time to get physically and mentally fitter!.
But, I would still rather be just a few inches bigger, and surely 2 years would give me quite a lot of time to grow!.
I've started eating a balanced diet, with plenty of fruit & veg, lean meat, water & milk, yoghurts, fish, bread, pasta & rice etc!. But i thought maybe theres a certain food to eat which can help me grow quicker than any other food!?

Any info about growth and foods will be appreciated!. Thanks (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sleep is the condition that your mind entrusts to repair, remove, and replenish your body!. It also regulates your body's ability to grow naturally!. You may be surprised to know that we are taller in the morning than we are at night!. By virtue of the law of gravity, our bodies in the standing position, are attracted toward the ground!. Sorry, there are currently over 7,000 questions exactly like yours on Answers!. Your maximum height potential is determined at the moment of your conception by your genetics!. Injury, disease, malnutrition and toxins can prevent you reaching that maximum, but you can neither exceed it or accelerate it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Short of medical intervention there is little that can be done to increase your height!.

At 16yo & 5'3" I don't think your doctor would be willing to put you on medication that would increase your height!. Though weight lifting is probably a bad idea, you'll put on bulk, but will probably stunt your height a little!
