Hmmm..? walking ?
okay i was reading in this magazine and it was talking about walking to lose weight. it was about 20 minutes(walking) a day. If i walked about an hour a day almost every day and was on a low calorie diet would i lose weight ? im trying to lose 10-15 punds by the end of the summer. could i also alternate between biking and walking?

it's calories in vs. calories burned. it doesn't matter HOW you burn the calories.
