Im 15 and wanna lose 20 lbs. in 2 months?

ummm i weigh 135 but i would like to be 115 and get skinny before the summer ends! but i also have a big love handels problem and thats what i wanna lose mostly...HELP!

also i suggest that you should also eat a lot of dietary fibers such as Whole grain bread, Oatmeal- cooked, 100% All Bran, Corn Flakes.....fruits that's high in fiber. Blackberries, Pear...to help u lose weight faster..... and also exercise more often for like 1-3 hrs a day, be sure to sweat because according to studies any activities that makes you sweat will help you lose weight..................and remember that when you are trying to lose weight you should burn more calories than you take in coz if like you exercise a lot but still eat more or take in more calories it would still be useless..................

coz for my story i was fat too.........so what i did to be fit is i followed the eating techniques that is listed on the website above and i played basketball for 1-3 hours a day for 1 year........i lose weight fast for just one year because when i play sports and get home tired i don't really eat that much that's why it helped me be fit and in normal and healthy lifestyle..........

But wait! before you do this be sure to check out these website first because maybe 115 is not the appropriate weight for you, maybe that's underweight for your height.........you didn't tell me your height so i don't know whether you need to lose weight or not, coz your weight depends on your height...................so check these out first
