What is the safest and best tricep exercise?!


Question:

What is the safest and best tricep exercise?

I would like to do some behind the neck tricep extensions, but I know that that is hard on the elbows.

What are some good exercises that I can do that will minimize stress on the elbows while working the triceps well?

I was thinking about weighted pushups, but I would prefer something less complex.

do tricep pull down (with the weight pull machine).

the other way I love is doing tricep dips. sit on a bench, put your hands next to your butt on edge of bench. lift yourself off and walk feet out till you are supported by your arms and your body is forming a straight line down to your heels (feet flexed-heels on floor so your toes are sticking up).
drop you body down, and bend elbows. push on your arms to bring yourself up. drop down and push up for 10-15 counts, a couple of times.

also, pushups where your hands are under shoulders and you push down while keeping elbows as close to body as possible (tucked under) is another great tricep exercise.
