Daily protein intake?!


Question: Daily protein intake!?
I'm 5 feet 6 inches, male and weigh about 135 pounds!. What would a recommended daily intake of protein be in grams!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
If you are not in training or not trying to gain weight, you should take half of your body weight in grams per day!. However, if you currently doing the aforementioned, 1 gram per pound that you weigh is correct!.

Two grams per pound is not a good idea!. Unless you are a body builder taking steroids!.

FYI,

Your body can not metabolize more than 25 grams per serving, so take your protein in stages!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
