Appetite suppressants?
Anyone know something i can take to decrease my appetite. I am on antidepressants and really have an appetite. Vicous circle i will be depressed with my weight soon.
Answers:
Talk to your doctor. Drink water and distract yourself when you are hungry.
You don't want to take anything otc that'll conflict with any meds you are taking for your health.
Also put yourself on a good exercise program so when you do snack (and make sure only healthy foods are in the house!) you won't have to worry so much about those calories.
Don't be depressed with your weight, take charge of it!
