Best way to lose...?

10-20lbs the safe way. i've already cut out pop, sugar, extra fatty foods. and ive added vegtables and salads and green tea and more water. i just need more exercize and a little motavation can someone help?!?!

its nice to know that your not eating junk food, im very happy for you! your eating very healthy. The best way to be active is to do 200 crunches a day after every meal. Get with your friends and go to the gym, if you have pets, walk them or run. Ride your bike alot....jog in place for about 30 minutes, but while your doing these be sure to drink water! i hope this helps! best wishes, and good luck!
