Answers:
3,430 calories make up a pound so cut some calories and eat really healthy drink lots of water, I recommend the elliptical machine its wonderful!. If you just started working out do it for about 30 Min's 4-5x a week you'll burn like 1500 calories or so in a week depending on your speed and resistance you don't have to burn the whole 3430 calories in a week because once you start working out your metabolism will speed up and you'll burn more calories in the day just because your active!. Pilate's is also really great you burn 7calories a minute doing Pilate's, plus you seem to see results almost immediately!. Dont forget to eat your protein this helps you still fool and help you burn calories good fats such as olive oil, peanut butter and avocado are good fats and also help you burn fat!.
eat about 1200 calories a day
protein should be 30% of your calories
good fats 30%
and carbs 40%Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wrong it isn't 3,700 it's 3,500 calories that make up a pound!.To burn off that much would be very hard to do in one day but one of the best type of exercises to do is cardio!.

Running, swimming, jumping jacks, boxing are all fast burning calorie burners!.To get that flat stomach just doing crunches won't get you the results!.The less body fat you have is the more it will naturally show!.Which means, more calories burned equals more pounds lost and which mean the more your stomach will have those abs your looking for!.

I think you have to burn about 3500 calories to loose a pound, build some muscle on your hold body and that way you burn more calories all the time specially when you do aerobics or running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
