What are some common mistakes females make when weight training?
I am a female and started using weight machines recently. I dont know much about form, I sit straight and dont lock up my joints. I dont drop the weight when I am done....I do 3 sets of 20 reps on hip abduction, adduction, side ab swing, shoulder bress, bicep curl..etc. What are some tips? I am a little intimidated because the weight lifting section of my gym is filled with good looking guys and many personal trainers with discerning eyes! I want to have good form and achieve good results...links to websites appreciated as well.
