How many Calories should I eat per day to lose weight?!


Question: How many Calories should I eat per day to lose weight!?
I'm 13 years old!.
5'3"
140 lbs!.
Would like to weigh 100 lbs!. [I've already checked out my BMI and the average weight I'm supposed to be at is 110 lbs]
Don't give me the "Stop worrying about weight and live life! You're fine" lecture!. I want straight answers! So how many calories should I eat per day to reach my goal and how long would it take!? I drink a lot of water and take my dogs on walks daily!. Thanks! :]

Eat around 1300-1400calories a day-ish!. But DO NOT go below 1200cals, because then your body would go into starvation mode =/ With this you'll prob see results in 2weeks or soWww@Answer-Health@Com

Here is the problem you will run into!. At your age your body is changing (puberty) If you stop eating and live on water surprisingly you will not lose weight!. Why!? Because when you eat less food your body metabolism will slow down!. So you will not lose weight and you will feel hungry and start feeling more and more tired!. You may start getting headaches and may feel faint!. Instead you should be filling your plate with lots of vegetables!. Try to avoid corn which is high in calories!. 1/2 of your plate should be filled with veggies every night for dinner and 1/4 starch 1/4 meat or proteins!. You could also increase your fiber intake!. We can't digest fiber properly but it still fills us up and helps with digestion!. Check out weight watchers!. You can get a point system to work for you!. Generally speaking anything more than 4 lbs a month isn't safe!. So you need to change your lifestyle not just "diet" Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, you gotta do more than taking your dogs out for a walk!.!.!.you have to actually challenge yourself (jog, swim, jump rope) do something intense 3x a week, cut out 300 calories out of your diet, drink LOTS of water and you'll see results!. To lose 40 pounds the healthy way would take like!.!.!.5 months (if u lose 2 lbs per week)
