Does being vegetarian mean eating more carbs than protein? ?!

Question: Does being vegetarian mean eating more carbs than protein!? !?
Answers:
It depends!. Try some meat surrogates, like Boca Burgers, Morning Star Chicken-less Patties, Smart Dogs, etc!. They're usually high in protein!. Eat tofu in any of its many forms, shakes, puddings, stir fries are especially good!. If you go to the freezer section of any health food store, you will find something!. Also, buckwheat aka kasha has lots of protein!. Rice and wheat and oats all have protein!. FYI, tofu & kasha & soy are complete proteins, that is, they contain all 8 of the essential amino acids that our bodies cannot manufacture!. Good luck & good wishes!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here is the big problem I have with vegetarians and vegans!. Yes you can get your protien, but it doesn't come from healthy enough sources where you get your essential amino acids (these only coming from meats, and in small quantities in milk and cheese!. Carbs are not a bad thing if they come from the right source, and be sure to get your protien from meats! As a registered nutritionist and trainer to many pro athletes, I recommend to all my clients who claim to be vegetarians to quit it and start eating like god intended!. If god didn't want us to eat turkeys, chickens, cows and fish, he would of made them smart enough to come up with there own ways of fighting back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
