How exactly to lose weight effienctly?
My name is Damien, I'm from Malaysia.
What is exactly the right way to lose weight in such a short time? All I know is, starving my self and no more. I have a height of 184 cm and 92 kg of weight. What should I do?! Is my method safe? I hate go to the gym. It stinks there. So, any idea, anyone? P/S : I'm a 17 years old. Please answer this...

Eat more fish, chicken, and vegetables.
Walk or cycle 45 minutes a day.
Weight train each bodypart 2x a week.
