How do I build up my arms pecs and abs?!


Question: How do I build up my arms pecs and abs!?
Hello I am 14 freshman in highschool!. I feel that I need to bulk up a little because I always have been the tall skinny guy!. My caves and thighs are very muscular for just messing around on a bike skates and trampoline!. I want to build my arms w/o having to "workout" my legs were very easy to build cause I got them from playing and it really wasn't work but now I notice my chest abbs and pec need work how do I do that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

What are you doing now!? because the only way to success is the traditional big body lifts!. You have to do the benches overhead presses, shrug, bent rows, chin ups and sit ups!. everyone does this stuff!. Big weights, low reps, and intensity builds mucsles!.

if you dont have access to a gym, you can do push ups, dips, and walk on your hands for as far as you can for your shoulders!. Or bear crawl and crab walk, climb poles, hang from jungle gyms and do knee tucks, etc

Football up-downs work too!. They are when you dive to the ground and catch yourself with your hads and pop up as fast as possible!.

good luck dude!. remember that youre 14 and your upper body will develop much more!. when i was 14 i was six feet tall and 135 lbs!. by the time i was 17 i was 175 and in NFL shape!. so youll put on a lot of muscle soon!. Remember to be consistent and eat!. continue lifting from sports season to season, because muscle building is cumulative and takes time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
