I say three days no water 5 days no food
Answers:
Well when I was in middle school my science teacher told me 'The Rule of 3' which was that you die after:
3 minutes without air
3 days with water
3 weeks without food
I don't know how accurate that is but obviously it's very rough, not the exact number, although that would depend on your body shape and size, etc.
