What's wrong with my weight?!


Question: What's wrong with my weight!?
the average weight for a 15 year old girl my height is 100-110
but i weigh 120lbs!. i don't look fat i look average and i run track!. so why am i over weight!?

Allot of times its not good to follow these charts, honestly, they are more based on average weight of kids and teens that DON'T do cardio fitness, such as running track or participating in sports!
Chances are, if you don't look fat, you've got MUSCLES! And muscle weighs more than fat!
If your running track you've probably got some good strong calf and hamstring muscles that weight a bit!
Don't follow the chart, focus more on being healthy! Eat right and excersize on a regular basis, and I guarantee you'll stay fit!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The average is average!. Not exceptional!. I'm very heavy boned!. i always used the mans "version" because my skeletal structure was so dense, and I was very muscular!. You might need to do the same!. also 10 lbs over, doesn't warrant this conversation, I bet you look great, If you want to drop a few LBS, then quit the sweets and soda, and pick up an extra thirty min of cardio, or Pilate's video!. Don't obsess about your weight, Be happy and healthy!.

Your not being very smart about this!. There is no real average weight for an age!. 120 is not a lot either and your not overweight!. Just because something or someone says your overweight when you look normal then they are stupid!. Some people have dense bones, some people have a lot of muscle!. I mean I know people who are the same size as me but weight 30 pounds less!. Some people look really skinny but can weigh like 147!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Who said you were overweight!? Just because someone calls you overweight doesn't mean you are!. Even if your BMI says so its wrong too!. The BMI is horribly inaccurate!. Your fine!. 100-110 would be overweight for your age unless you were like 4" tall!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
