i don't mean will it help me lose weight, i mean will it hinder my weight loss.


Answers:

technically, no, it shouldn't. but water is a better idea just because it is better for you. not to mention diet soda keeps your taste buds used to sweet tasting things, so it won't help you if you're trying to break the habit of eating sweets.
