What are some good upper-body exercises that I can do at home?!
Question: What are some good upper-body exercises that I can do at home!?
I want to work my upper body, mostly abs and arms, but I don't want to go to a gym or use workout gear!. Are push-ups and sit-ups good, or are there better methods and exercises!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
Here are some exercises that require no equipment except for something like a coffee table and a couch!. I've also provided a link for each muscle group I've given exercises for(bicep, tricep, chest, forearm, abs)!. Each link will take you to a page that has a picture of the exercise and a video link so you know exactly how to perform it!. Hope this helps!.!.!.
