ok i am tryin to lose weight. not sure if im going to need to do alot of cardio or joggin....i ride bmx. everyday. and i do more than just ride a bike. i spin it around hop on it and alot of things. do you think i will still need to jog alot or do alot of cardio?

My suggestion to you is to eat healthier foods, and lower your caloric intake. Your caloric intake is the amount of calories you consume daily. You can monitor your caloric intake by looking at the nutritional facts on the labels of the things you're eating. Do cardiovascular excercise 3-5 times a week on top of that, and depending on how much you weigh, you can lose on average 1-2 pounds a week - 5-8 pounds a month. Riding a bike is considered cardiovascular excercise, by the way.
