I Am starting an elliptical workout how long should i start off with?!

I Am starting an elliptical workout how long should i start off with?

I'm going to eat something small like a boiled egg or a banana then workout for how long is 40minutes with a 10 minute break in between for starters good or not?


Answers:

It depends on your endurance level. Ellipticals are tougher than other exercise machines, so i would say try for 15 mins and see how you feel. If you think you can continue then add 5 mins more. Go for 5 min increments till you get a gut feeling for how much you can do. Do it for a week or two. Then increase the time or increase the level.
