Hi!. I am moving to this town in about four months!. There's this girl i really like and I'm a bit on the chubby side!. Are there any suggestions about how to lose weight and tone up/increase muscle mass and all that sort of stuff!? thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, it seems like you want is to become physically smaller!.
bear in mind some people don't lose much in the actual weight but go smaller in size!.
and a good way to do that would be to walk, get really comfortable walking or jogging shoes and walk on a regular basis, a very regular basis, start of with just walking, but eventually pick up your pace!. I enjoy walking at night because its not so hot!. The more active you become the more you tend to sweat, and the faster sweat tends to come out of your body, that is a good sign!. I don't like to binge on my food intake, but its best to eat at proper timing, this will help not store unwanted food!. for example, if you're fond of eating at 10 at night, try to eat earlier, because let's just say you sleep at 12, and if u eat at 10 instead of 8, then you're body burns out less of that food ( since u burn very little during your sleep)!.
Its very bad to starve yourself for one feasty meal too!.!. to keep the body's fuel mechanism running, you should eat every now and then (just small amounts of course) don't skip your meals!. and refrain from eating if you will be sleeping in a few hours time (if you feel hungry when you're sleepy, try a glass of milk or something)!. caffine has properties to break the cellulite, green tea can help decrease carbohydrate desire!. also, cut down the carbonated drinks, it adds alot to your weight!!!

and sometimes u may be big in size but not fat, that is probably due to high water retension!. it happens because your body is retaining the water, maybe because you're not drinking enough (when i talk about water, it mean WATER, not smoothie or gas drinks etc) so in order to keep ur body at a preferred water level, in retains it instead of release it!. its good to drink a bit of water throughout the day instead of gulping one shot!. But some people think its bad to drink water before they sleep because they think it increases water retension, because they don't pee as much in the following morning!.
but drinking water does help reduce water retension problems, and so does coffee, vitamin c, parsley, cucumber !.!.!.!. look it up, food that is dieuretic ( becareful, esp if you're diabetic)!.!. helps reduce the water level in our body!.

Start doing a bit of exercise and keep at it!. Also look at your diet and make an honest assessment of the types of foods you are eating!. Keep a diary if you have to and write down everything you eat in a week!.

If you notice that it is full of cookies, cakes, sweets, take out and so on then you need to get rid of these types of foods and start replacing them with good healthy food!.
