People who claim benefits?
Who else gets so annoyed at the amount of free 'stuff' available to those on benefits? 2 members of my family are on benefits one because of low income (cos he's too lazy to get a full time job, no other way about it) and one who is ill, fair enough. I am not having a go at the people its the system that seems duff. They get free prescripions, free fruit and veg, tax reduction, gym memberships, loft insulation!!!!!!!!!!!! the list goes on and on. Me and my husband both work hard and get nothing free. It really p**ses me off!
I know some people genuinly cant work but there ar those out there who have no need to work because everything is handed on a plate. How do other countries work? I dont think America are so soft.
p.s i know this is in the wrong category but its not working properly and seems to only want me to use this one!

It aint bull, my family are getting this stuff. My sister gets in at the gym and pool free and they had loft insulation installed. Families can get free fruit and veg for the kids. There are many more i havent mentioned.

Silly gorbie i never said being on the dole was good, i have no intention of packing in my job (not so well paid actually) i think your in the minority here if you read the other answers. I am basing my question on facts, none of it is made up. I'm sorry but you have to admit that some people on the dole have it very cushy.

Just wanted to say 'well said Susanne B'. I too have prevoiously been on benefits and know from past experience that i'd be better off financially if i didn't work but it's to do with self pride knowing that i'm helping to support my family financially without having to depend on the state and innocent tax payers. I also have no problem with genuine people claiming benefits but the MOST annoying thing about the LAZY NON WORKERS who aren't genuine claimants are when they moan about asylum seekers 'taking our jobs' oh come on! these people saying that are the lazy sods who don't want to work and just want to use that as an excuse for them not working so why shouldn't someone else have the jobs whether they're asylum seekers or not at least they're prepared to work
