My unsafe weight loss plan?!


Question:

My unsafe weight loss plan?

i know this is unsafe but i don't care, I'm going to have 3 meals a day, 2 pieces of bread 6 slices of ham and 1 pickle made into a sandwich, i will h ave this meal 3 times a day totaling out to 540 Cal's a day, is there a better mean i can eat to loose weight faster?

i dont beleve in eating disorders, its not like a drug, once i am no longer fat i wont eat like this,
ps i have no time to excersise and i have like 50lbs of stored fat, so yeah, i wont die so ill be fine

I'm pretty sure you must have gotten that idea from a friend because it looks like a fad diet.

Being on a diet to loose weight should be a lifestyle. I know it's hard to put aside some time for some good quality exercising but at least try waking up 15-20 minutes early to stretch & tune into those morning yoga programs on TV.

But as far as food goes, I'd suggest you also add as much fruits & vegetables to your weight loss plan since you can get plenty of vitamins & minerals from them & they also have zero calories (you learn this in freshman health class in high school). I'd also recommend you drink milk just because most people do not get enough calcium & are likely to suffer bone loss when they're older.
