Hey guys, I work out 4 times a week and rest 3 days, other days I work out 3 and rest 4!. Well I have been doing this since January of this year!. When I flex my biceps they are absolutely huge, look like rocks!.!. but when my arm is not flexed!.!. it doesn't look like I have muscle and just a big arm!. How do I get that "defined" muscle look without having to flex!? If you guys know what I meanWww@Answer-Health@Com
