Loosing weight in a week.?!


Question: Loosing weight in a week!.!?
I know i shouldn't give myself just a week but depending on how much weight i can loose it'll keep me motivated!.
I've started walking 30 minutes a day and i've cut out junk food, how much weight can i loose in a week!? i'm 5'4 and weigh 13!.4 stone!.

Hi, I find swimming and going for a workout at the gym help a lot!. I go to the gym for my cardiovascular workout and swimming is low-impact and simply relaxing!. Eating healthily is important too and so is detoxification (the resource below would be useful!.)!. I think loosing weight (ultimately achieving the ideal weight) and maintaining a healthy lifestyle should be a long-term plan for everyone!. Celebrate your success - even if it means loosing a little bit of that fat & inches!. You can lose a pound or two in a week!. That is a healthy way to do it!.

Keeping a food journal really does help!. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why!.

Make a few small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer!. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea!. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days!. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer!.

Start a weight lifting routine!. It will help increase your metabolism and make you feel and look better in so many ways!. Join a gym!. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners!. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall!.

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food!. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish!. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts!. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy!. Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses a day, and more if it is very hot, it you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely!. You will begin to see changes in your body!.

You can not safely lose more than 5 pounds!. Are you drinking any soda!? Even if you are drinking diet, stop!. Eat what you want, but control your portions!. Set a goal of losing 3lbs a week!. Anything drastic would be water weight which you would gain all back anyway!. Can you turn your 30 minute walk into a jog!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are lucky you could look to lose about 2 or 3 pounds!.

If you eat foods such as chicken, beef, fruit and vegetables and drink water then you will lose more than three pounds!. You will lose about 8 pounds if you eat the right foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
