Question: How to be healthy!.!.!.im 13!.!.!.!.i kinda want a 6-pack!?
i am 13 i weigh 122 and i am 5'6 i weigh underweight but i just want to be healthy!.!.!.!.!. i want to get good exercise too!.!.!. maybe even get a 6-pack!?!?!? how long does it take to get a 6-pack or even a 4 pack and what do you have to do!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit ups help and hold your stomache tight and hold it in for at least 15 minutes a day!. Push ups help too, just hold your stomache in while doing them!. And no, you arent underweight!. Im 14 and im 5'7 and i weigh 103lbs and thats still normal!. Eat less carbs cuz thats where they all end up!. Good Luck!

Sweetie the main thing is a good diet !. Make sure you get enough Sleep and exercise at least 3 times a week !.When your beginning start slow with the exercise because you can really be sore the next morning !.And about a 6-pack most men don't like seeing a girl with muscles !.But its up to you !.And don't over due any thing in excess!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if ur already skinny it should be easy - just do a lot of core training ie ab training this isnt just sit ups though look into pilates or yoga they have good core exercises - oh and it might take 3 months to get em looking sweetWww@Answer-Health@Com
