Are some exercises better than others?!
Question: Are some exercises better than others!?
Like maybe in terms of how efficient they are!.!.!.!?
I'm kinda talking about strength building and fitness exercises!.!.!.although I don't really know what I'm talking about!.
Really any help would be appreciated!.

it depends on what you want to work on!.
losing fat, building abs and legs: long distance running
generally all-round: swimming
abs: sit ups
arm muscles: push ups
they're the main ones i use :)
i like swimming because its fun and keeps my tan nice and acne away too!!! also running, so i can eat lots of junk and not put on weight :P

added: also, if you do any exercise then you will build muscle, so unless you want to be like a body builder anything active is good!

oh wait, i just realised i dont know if youre a guy or girl lol!. well the above is for girls mainly!. umm if your a guy you should just do lots of weights and stuff lol because if you're a guy you want to get buffWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well !.!.!. Yes !! But ofcourse that depends on what area`s` of the body that you'd like to target,make stronger,thinner/smaller,or maybe even to give it more bulk,muscle,strength etc!. !!?!!.!.!. & when you might find out that extra tid~bit of info!. Do which`ever excercise you'd do!! But also add the extras after the first WORK WEEK / 5 days or so !!?! & all the while you should be cHaNgInG your eating habits & your calorie in`take from food should be less than normal !! Atleast until you start seeing & feeling that you've shed pounds!.!.!. ;-{ I never have room to finish !!?! LOL!.,!.G/L~!!! ;-{} r R r !.,!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
