Answers:
try doing pre exhaustive decline dumbbell flyes at the start of your workout this will mean you can lift less then normal but you'll work your chest better try this routine

decline dumbbell flyes 4 sets 8-12 reps
decline barbell bench 4 sets 8-12 reps
flat dumbbell flyes 4 sets 8-12 reps
close grip bench 4 sets 8-12 reps
wide grip bench 4 sets 8-12 reps
incline bench 4 sets 8-12 reps

this is a programme for some one who has the base of a good chest but need some more if you don't have a good strong base try this one

decline barbell bench 4 sets 8-12 reps
flat dumbbell flyes 4 sets 8-12 reps
close grip bench 4 sets 8-12 reps
flat bench 4 sets 8-12 reps

I'm sorry but close grip bench press works your middle pectorals and triceps!. Not your lower chest!.

To hit you lower pectorals just do a decline barbell/dumbell press!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
