If you are supposed to do half an hour of exercise a day is it ok to do it in 3 ten minute sections....?

throughout the day?


Answers:

It is better than nothing. But really, you need to get your heart rate up for a while. Warm-ups and cool downs take up the whole 10 minutes too.
