Yesterday i ate:
breakfast-fruit(60 calories)
lunch-4 morning star chicken nuggets(190 calories)
dinner-stirfry with tofu and veggies(260 calories)
snack-handful of peanuts and 1 slice of vegan cheese(140 calories)
well, thats 650 calories so, ya!.!.!.
oh, im 5'8 and i weigh 103lbs, i think thats average!.!.!.

breakfast: 1 slice of toast with heinz tuna and sweetcorn spread, cup of tea!.
lunch/dinner: bowl (about 300ml) beef and veg stew with 2 soup rolls, cup of tea and 3 digestive biscuits for dessert!.
tea: 1 soup roll with butter and a mandarin orange, cup of tea!.
and i usually have another cup of tea before i go to bed!. might have a bag of crisps the odd day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

After breakfast I cycle to the gym, run for 1hr on treadmill and do weights so that burns off the breakfast and more!.
Lunch - Salad or salad sandwich!. If I'm at work I just have an apple and a banana!.!.!.today I had a milky way and some pistachio nuts with it too though :)
Dinner - Whatever my mum or I make!. It ranges from beans on toast to full sunday dinner but usually it'll be something with salad!.!.!.like chicken + salad/pizza + salad/jacket potato + salad!.
Snacks - I try not to eat snacks but if I'm peckish I'll have a banana or satsuma or something!. Sometimes a handful of special K maybe!. Or some sunflower seeds :)
I'm 9st 12lbs / 63kg / 138lbs and I'm 5'4"!. Just recently lost a stone (14lbs)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
