i am 16 year old boy and i weigh 130lbs!. soaking wet lol!.!.!. but i eat like the most out of any1 i know!.!.!. 1 time i had 34 pieces of primos pizzas lol!.!.!. how do i gain weight!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do NOT make the mistake a lot of people make when they want to gain weight!.
People tend to think because their goal is to gain weight they can just eat whatever they want!.!.!.!.Wrong!.
Gain weight the healthy way! I suggest you probably want to gain muscle mass!. Well, a good diet is the key to gaining muscle mass!. High-Calorie diets say about 3,000 can ensure when your working out that the muscle is getting repaired!. Also consume 2g of protein per pound of body weight!. So for you about 250g of protein is good for you!. And remember, when your eating this food always always keep it healthy!. Avoid saturated fats, processed foods, high fructose corn syrup!. Never drink soda! Your fat intake should be around 80g!. And that fat should all be healthy fats (soy, nuts, omega's)!. Make sure your eating the RIGHT carbohydrates!. By right I mean, a lot of whole grain items!. I would avoid any of your carbohydrates coming from sugars, unless it's fruit!. You should have about 200-250g of carbohydrates!. You may go up a little, that's perfectly fine!. And eat 6 times a day!
Exercising!. Make sure when your working out you work out every muscle group!. But, only work 1-2 muscle groups a day and remember a muscle needs rest!. You should be doing only 3 sets of about 10 reps or till failure!. Use the weight that you can lift heaviest without risking form failure!.

Gaining weight is tough!. But hey, for one, your only 16!.!.!.so as your body matures it is still very possible that you will gain weight over the next few years naturally!. But if you want a little advice, you can try going to GNC and getting protien or weight gain formula!.

Eating above 2500 calories (usually over time) per day will do it!. The more you want to gain, the more you can eat!. But be careful, gaining too much weight too quickly is not a good idea!.

But whatever you do, dont just eat sweets!. Protien and lots of carbs and activity!. Working out with all of the additional foods will give you more than just fat on your bones!. Mix in the usual fruits and veggies too when you can!.

hey i have the same problem! i am 15 and 95 pounds and 5'8 just eat like 6 decent size meals a day and drink ensure weight gain! it has worked for me so far!Www@Answer-Health@Com
