Loosing Baby Weight?

I just had my 1st baby 6 weeks ago by c-section. I am cleared to work out again as of today! I am 6 ft tall and have always been lean with 4 pack abs. I lost all my baby weight within the 1st 2 weeks, now I want my toned body back. I have never had "flab"(so therefore toning up was very easy) and want to know the best way to get my shape back quickly! Thanks!


Answers:

Just start slow and get back into a workout routine. A good place to start is walking, then work your way up to swimming and aerobics (martial arts and sculpting with light weights are my personal favs). Once you have some good endurance built back up, add some lifting to your routine. Since you were in shape before, it should take long to get it back.
