Why do I get so hungry at work even though I sit at my desk most of the day?!
Question:
Why do I get so hungry at work even though I sit at my desk most of the day?
If I'm just sitting at home watching tv I am not hungry. Why is it so different when I'm sitting at work looking at my computer or learning something new? Does learning take up energy?
Answers:
I get the same problem, I have a concession stand thingy right in front of my desk, so I know that doesn't help!!
