Question: How much weight can you lose in a week if you eat only fruits and vegetables!?
With 15 minutes of jumping rope daily!.
Id only eat fruits and veggies (no bread, meat dairy, anythingg)!.
So, how much could I lose in a week!?

Well there is a diet called detoxification!. For one week all you eat is fruits and vegetables!. You can also have all natural veggie burgers, fat free sugar free yogurt, and all the veggies you want!. There is a resriction of three fruits a day because they become sugars in your body!.
Here's a typical day on the diet:
Prebreakfast ( this helps your gallbladder to function properly to digest fats) About 30 minutes before breakfast:
Glass of warm water with half a lemon squeezed in or lemon juice
Breakfast:
1 egg white
A slice of honeydew
Herbal tea or water
Midmorning snack:
Celery
Water or herbal tea
Lunch:
Veggie Burger without bun but with mustard and tomato
An apple
Water
Midafternoon snack:
Avacado
Water or herbal tea
Dinner:
Salad with no salad dressing or meat
water or herbal tea
Evening snack:
Banana
Water or herbal tea
You also have to have at least 8 glasses of water a day
This diet really works though!. I finished it the other day and haven't gained back any of the weight at all!! I lost 7 pounds total!.!.!. And I am being truthful this really does work as long as you follow it!! No lie!. Its worked for my mother too!.!.
The diet also recommends not to do strenous excersise such as jump roping but instead to try something more relaxing like yoga or stretching!.!.!.!.
Good luck although you won't need it because it really does work!. If you follow it youll lose at least 5 pounds in a week!! I swear on my life it works : )
