How long and fast should i swim for?!


Question: How long and fast should i swim for!?
what is the best way to swim to just get fitter and loose weight!.
summer is coming up and i want to loose just a little bit of weight but don't want to not loose enough!. i was wondering if there were any people who had like a good work out for me (example: 2 laps slow freestyle then 1 lap of breaststroke etc)

Please no people saying "swim until u nearly drown, swim fast or there is not proper swimming technique or amount blah blah blah" normal people giving normal advice please!.

do a few smooth/slow lengths of every stroke, and then sprint a few at the end!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

swim freestyle if your not a good swimmer start around 10 laps and add 20% per a week until your at around a 2000 in an hour or so!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
