Need to lower cholesterol naturally?!

Question:

Need to lower cholesterol naturally?

I am 24 years old and about 6'3, 240lbs but a majority of it is solid muscle. I could stand to lose probably about 15 lbs which I am working on. I go to the gym five days a week, run 2 miles per day and swim about three days a week. I ride my bike to and from work, 5 days a week (sometimes 4) and that is a total of 2.4 miles a day. I do all of this, eat right, considering my budget, and still my cholesterol came back as 51 points higher than normal, and my good cholesterol was low while my bad was high. What is it? Any recomendations? I am going to stop using vegatable oil and margarine, and discontinue the occasional late night, weekend, after drinking meal but I dont know what else to do or take? Anyone have any suggestions?
