Question: What exactly is the 54321 diet!? Has anyone lose any weight on it!?
I need to lose about 10-15lbs in 9 days!.

you eat 500 calories the first day, 400 the next day, and on and on until 100, then you start over!. its to keep your metabolism up while still getting as few calories as possible!. i havent tried it but its usually what anorexic people do!. well, actually i think they usually use the 8642 diet of something, which is the same concept!. you can try it if you want, its obviously not very healthy but youll defnitely lose weight!. just dont get addicted to it!. :) hope i helped! <3Www@Answer-Health@Com

losing 10-15 lbs in 9 days IS possible if you starve your self or do a crazy diet
but girl, i gurantee the minute you eat something thats not in your diet that weight PLUS more is gonna add back on!Www@Answer-Health@Com
