ok im 15 yars old and i weight about 260 but im about 6 ft tall my arms are strong but i have a really big stomch how log would i ahve to run a day to get rid of my stomach and plus if i drink alot of water will that help me lose weight please help im a desperate kid i et picked on by alot of people and all i wnat is my stomach gone please help me

In your case its going to take allot of hard work and determination to lose the weight, but here's the good news!. YOU CAN DO IT!
Start by eating healthy, lots of greens, whole grains, cut out sugars and un-necessary fats!.
Eat 4-5 small meals daily, by general rule of thumb eat until your no longer hungry anymore!.
Second is your cardio, run/walk/bike/jump rope for 30-45 minutes 3-4 times a week!.
With some hard work and determination you can do it! It will take a while, and your not going to see results immediately, but I guarantee after just a week you'll begin to feel better all together!

The running thing only works if you do it 4-5 times a week!. You wont be a good runner from the get go, it takes time to build endurance, which is what really lets you burn calories!.
Start by running!.!.!.!.lets say 3/4 of a mile, 3 times a week, then move towards 5 times a week!. Once you feel comfortable doing this with relative easy, run a full mile 3 times a week, then once again, advance to 4 when you can do it without wearing your body out too much!. An in-shape person should be able to run 3 miles solid, at a quick pace, without stopping!. Gradually work your way up to 3 miles, and you dont have to only increase your distance in quarter-mile increments!. Strive to push yourself farther than you think you can go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you do need cardio like running but also do exercise to focus on your stomach like crunches!. I heard repetitive standing crunches work best!.!.(like in the dance workouts, Hip-Hop Abs, etc!.) I know what it is like i was in your almost exact shows when I was your age!. Also, remember good eating habit!.!.!.like giving up sugar and fast food and eating small balanced meals!. But don't starve yourself, because it won't work!. Your metabolism will shut down!. I would start with about a mile a day and work your way up!. Don't eat doughnuts, cheese burgers, hamburgers, ANYTHING from McDonalds, eat subway instead!. No fast food!.
