What are some things you do to detox?

I was hoping to get some suggestions of simple and mild things that you do to detox. I've been so busy these past few weeks that I haven't been making the best food choices and totally skipped out on exercise. I'm getting back on track again but I would just like to do a little more.

I'd prefer not to do some box set supplement type of thing. I'm more looking for herbs, juices, teas, certain foods, etc. that are good for cleansing.

I use 5 days DETOX from Boots. It is a fluid to be mixed with 1.5ltr/a quart of water. 5 days in a row. I do it twice a year or less just any time I feel that my body may need a bit of cleaning up. The beauty after detoxing is, for a while we sort of wanting to be more carefull with what we eat and like to take care our body more thoroughly, until later I get lazy a bit again. I like my skin look shiny and healthy, detox and good food as well as a very moderate excercise seems to help.

Do your own facial and keep cleaning it every morning and before go to bed help your look good on top of being healthy.
