I always find drinking vinegar refreshes me and takes away heart burn!
i also like having a couple of pinches of salt to add to the flavour!

(Indigestion is more often caused by a lack of acid, than it is by an abundance of it, particularly if you have a drink with your meals)
Raw Apple Cider Vinegar is the best if you want to get your digestive enzymes in check, particularly as it has close to 0 calories!.

Not particularly!. It actually thins your blood!. Which isn't a good effect on your heart!.!.!. But vinegar in ketchup and a bit on your fries won't hurt!.!. it's really all about the amount of it your take in!.!.!. I'd say that a glass full is a LOT of Vinegar!.

yes actually it is!. Helps to burn fat, helps to cleanse your system!. I believe if I'm correct it also helps to reduce blood pressure!. I'm pretty sure about that one!. Have a neighbor who drinks it regularly to control her blood pressure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
