Saggy skin after quick weight loss HELP?!?!


Question: Saggy skin after quick weight loss HELP!?!!?
My stomach is saggy and my belly button is saggy, I need to know how I can cure it; its been like this for 2 years since I lost about 90lbs in weight in 10 months!. I've tried exercise but it doesn't fix it!. I want my stomach to be flat not doubled over around my waist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep, losing that much weight can certainly do it but you should be able to take care of most of it with exercise!. Did you workout while you were dieting!? If so, it shouldn't be such a problem!. Start being diligent about 30-60 minutes of cardio every day, along with weight training and stretching!.!.!.give it another year, but make it the "Year of workouts!"
