Ok. So I'm 14 years old. I weigh about 123-125. and i'm 5'2?!


Question: Ok!. So I'm 14 years old!. I weigh about 123-125!. and i'm 5'2!?
everyone tells me im not fat!.
but lately i have been feeling fat
like i want to tighten up my stomach!.
but i dont know how to!.
and i kind of made up my own little diet ( i dont eat foods over 200 calories with the exception of dinner!.
so if anyone had any advice on how to tighten up my stomach and maybe theighs without having to like spend alot of money
please help me!.
I would like to lose at least 5-10 pounds before october!.

Im the same age as you, I know weigh 100 pounds and I am 5'1!.
I used to way 125 but with a simple little routine I lost 25 pounds! in 3 weeks!.
Okay, so start like this:
eating smaller portions, dont binge and dont eat alot of junk!. Give yourself 1 junk day that you can look forward to!.
Walking, start off by walking for 10 minutes, twice a day, 5 days a week!.
Next week do 15 minutes and the third week do 20!.
Every night right before you go to bed do some crunches!.
Try doing about 50 a night and gradually build on that!.
After you have reached your goal weight, you will be used to eating healthier and you only have to walk 15 minutes once a day everyday of the week :) As for the crunches do about 100 within a week, just to stay in shape !.

do what i did look around the internet for a diet plan and start working out at the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well your weight is good for your height!. If you want to look more defined then work out!. I do tae bo!. It works well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
