Ok, Im 11, and im 106, I WANT TO LOSE 10 POUNDS OR MORE IN 2 WEEKS! PLEASE HELP CUZ IM FAT!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This one will show you that compared to your height, your weight is considered normal!. If this one doesn't work for you, simply google images "height weight lbs chart" and find one that does!.

This second one is another good guideline to assess your weight!. It's a BMI calculator, or it calculates your body mass index when you put in your age, weight, and height!. Remember to take these measurements with a grain of salt, don't let the numbers change how you feel about yourself!.

Other than that, I can offer a few tips about maintaining a healthy weight!.
-Eat well!. Cut down on the junk food and the soda (even the juice!) and you'll notice a difference right away!.
-Don't eat/snack after eight o'clock!. This gives your body time to digest the day's meals, and with your stomach done with it's job for the night, you can get a good night's sleep!.
-On that note, get a good night's sleep - that's 8-10 hours every night!. It may seem like a lot, but that's what your body needs to recharge, and to be able to successfully burn all those calories you intake!. Make sure that you aim for the same amount of sleep each night, and you'll feel even better!.
-And without any sleep how could you exercise!? Exercise is a key part to maintaining a healthy weight!. Aim for regular exercise time each day/week!.
-Drink lots of water!. Yeah, you'll go to the bathroom more, but you'll feel better!. Also, if you drink a glass before meals, you'll eat less, because it'll fill you up!.

Especially because you're 11, you can start now to have a healthy lifestyle!. And, fyi, only if your parents are complete space cadets will they not notice if you somehow miraculously lose 10 plus lbs in the next two weeks!. So don't do anything stupid - the smartest thing would be to talk about it with them - explain to them you'd like to be healthier in your habits, and the next thing you know, you can help plan what goes on the grocery list, or be hopping the in van to go to the gym!.

If this sounds like a lot it is!. Don't try to do it all at once, it'll be best to take it slow, and do what you can, when you can!. Grab a water instead of Kool-Aid!. Have a banana instead of candy!. Take the dog for a walk (or a friend) instead of watching tv!. You can do this!.!.!. And the best thing is, you can maintain a healthy weight throughout!

Here's what I do!.!.!. You can't lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, sorry to say!. If you wanna lose a couple pounds (say 5 or less) you can go on the "tuna diet", it's the kind I've been on for about 4 weeks and I lost 6 pounds! The tuna diet have the most simplest recipe ever! All you have to do is buy say like 6 or 7 cans of tuna, for starters and eat like 2 cans a day (Lunch and dinner) then you mix it with rice and mayo or ketchup!. if you get a bit hungry buy yourself some snacks, like banana, apple, etc; so you don't starve yourself to death! By the way, walk every morning as well and do some light exercises to keep build your metabolism up! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat every 2 hours
6 egg whites scrambled one piece of dry toast
2 hours later 1 string cheese
2 hours later small sub sandwich with no mayo on wheat!. all the salad you want!.
2 hours later 1 string cheese
2 hours later dinner your protein lots of veggies like broccoli or green beans and 1/2 cup of your starch try to stay away from potato's!.and anything white like rice!.!.!.chose brown rice!. NO BUTTER!!!

You will probably loose 10 or more and it`s safe and they won`t think a things about it because it`s all healthy and they will think your constantly eating;o)Www@Answer-Health@Com

well one i think ur two young to be loosing weight but in two weeks it cant be done in a healthy way but if u want go online and see how many calories u loose during ur daily activities (a calorie calculator) and just watch what u eat and ,make sure its less then what u burn but dont starve yourself and eat healthy you can eat alot of healthy food and stay skinny cuz its healthy but again ur too young in my opinionWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are 11, and you are not past puberty yet!. If you diet now, you will mess up your metabolism for the REST OF YOUR LIFE!. I am serious!. You need to hold off on the dieting until you are at least a few years past puberty!. Get into one of the sports at school, and eat when you are hungry!. No cheeses, Milks, or dairy products!.!. Water and salad = good solution to weight loss!. If you want!.!. you could become muscular!.!. (a strong young girl) by doing sit-ups and push-ups!.!.

Lynn, trust me its not worth dieting when ur 11!. Ur body is just building up, give it a few more years to exactly know how ur body is going to adapt to ur growth before u even think of stuff like this!. Body mass tends to change from time to time & believe me u have got a lotta time!. Recommend that u jus eat healthy, follow ur normal exercise & play & things will be just perfect!. Start jogging in the morning and cut sugar out of your diet!. Drink lots of water!.
You're 11, you're at the age where you need to keep your self esteem high!. Look at yourself in the mirror and count your good features, not your bad ones!. I'm sure you're beautiful the way you are!Www@Answer-Health@Com

aw!. cut out all junk food and mostly soda and try to walk everyday or something because when you do a half hour of cardio you start to burn fat then do you do situps or something then you loose the weight in ur stomach or whatever Www@Answer-Health@Com
